Hoya obovata is a viningepiphytic plant in the dogbane family Apocynaceae. It is orignated from south-east Asia.The inflorescence is made up of multiple flowers in a group of umbel. The inflorences are creamy,star-shpaed with purple centers. They like made up of wax.The flower's surface fuzzy beacuse it is covered by tiny hair. They are heavily scented with a sweet fragrance. They are heavily scented and may produce excess nectar that drips from the flowers.
