Suspension tank workshop

Integrating aquatic and terrestrial design, you can enjoy plants and keep fish/shrimp, forming a small ecosystem. The course offers over 30 plant varieties and a wide range of landscaping materials, perfect for beginners in aquatic and terrestrial design.

Workshop Content:

• The fee includes one low tank (20x20x12cm) and one animal (female betta fish/rice fish/crystal shrimp)
• Introduction to basic care knowledge for aquatic and terrestrial plants, including moss, begonias, ferns, as well as production and planting techniques.
• Introduction to the habits and care methods of small animals suitable for rearing in an ecosphere.
• Choose from 30 plant combinations for landscaping.
• Personally select landscaping materials.
• Introduction to care guidelines.

Features of the Floating Tank Workshop:

• Healthy flora and fauna (utilizing aquaponics principles to give plants and animals a comfortable and natural home)
• Easy maintenance (just add water, no frequent water changes needed)
• Algae suppression (balancing the ecosystem with higher plants significantly reduces the chance of algae blooms)
• Sharing experience in keeping plants and animals

Duration: 2 hours (This is an average estimate; actual production time depends on individual circumstances)

Class Size: One person can book a class; no need to join a group class.

The landscaping theory class is taught by an ecological designer, and the practical class is assisted by staff; newcomers are advised to choose the A+B combined class. If you only purchase the practical class but have many questions about landscape design, staff may not necessarily answer them.

The content of our activities may be changed/cancelled depending on confirmed bookings. Our organization reserves the right to make final decisions and arrangements, and responsible staff will notify participants separately. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Senryu-kai provides all materials, tools, and aprons, and offers packaging for you to take your creation home.

All activities are conducted in Cantonese. Parents are welcome to accompany children aged 4 and above.

Activities will be cancelled when Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above / Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is in effect. If the aforementioned warning signals are lowered two hours or more before the start of the activity, the activity will proceed as scheduled. Participants can choose to reschedule. Rescheduling is valid for 3 months.

No smoking is allowed within the activity area.

In case of any changes or disputes regarding the activity, Senryu reserves the right to make the final decision, and participants may not object.
