Course Terms and Conditions

  1. Generally, the last registration date for courses/workshops is 7 days before the start of the course.
  2. Customers must provide complete and correct information when registering, and confirmation information will be sent based on the contact information provided by the customer.
  3. Course/Workshop registration once confirmed cannot be changed to other courses or canceled. All fees paid are non-refundable, and course/workshop places are not transferable. .
  4. If the customer is absent from the class, it will be considered as an automatic abandonment. The paid tuition and materials will not be refunded, and the customer cannot be transferred to other courses.
  5. Courses/Workshops are admitted on a first-come, first-served basis. Seats are limited and are subject to availability.
  6. If the course/workshop needs to be canceled due to insufficient registration,GreenFlowwill send an email notification or call the customer about the course no less than 2 days before the class/Cancellation of workshop. If the course/workshop needs to be canceled due to other reasons,GreenFlowwill notify the customer as soon as possible. Customers can choose to enroll in another course/workshop of the same price, or apply for a refund. Refund procedures must be processed within two months from the canceled course/workshop date. No refunds will be made after the deadline.
  7. If necessary,GreenFlowreserves the right to change the class time, content and instructor of the original course/workshop.
  8. GreenFlowThe right to select or change all materials used in the course/workshop without prior notice.
  9. GreenFlowWhen collecting personal information provided by customers during registration, it will be processed in compliance with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong. Please refer to thePrivacy Policypage forGreenFlowpurposes for using customer personal data.
  10. Customers should arrive at theGreenFlowstore 10 minutes before the class starts,andpresent the confirmation letter issued byGreenFlowfor identity verification.
  11. In the event of a typhoon (No. 8 or above) or a black rainstorm warning signal is issued, the course/workshop will be cancelled. Under normal circumstances, if the typhoon warning signal No. 8 or above or the black rainstorm warning signal is canceled 4 hours before the class starts, the course/workshops will proceed as usual.
  12. When strong wind signal No. 8 (or above) is hoisted, ongoing courses/workshops will be cancelled.
  13. When a Black Rainstorm Warning is issued, ongoing courses/workshops will continue as usual.
  14. For all courses canceled due to typhoon or rainstorm warning signals (please refer to items 11-13), customers can choose to enroll in another course of the same price, or apply for a refund. Refund procedures must be processed within two months from the canceled course date. No refund arrangements will be made after the deadline.
  15. During the class, please keep your personal belongings carefully.GreenFlowwill not be responsible for any loss.
  16. Customers should be awareGreenFlowthat there will be opportunities to take photos or videos during the event for future publicity and promotion purposes.
  17. No unauthorized recording, video recording or taking of photos is allowed during class.
  18. GreenFlowis not responsible for any direct or indirect casualties or property losses suffered by any customer or anyone in connection withGreenFlow's course relationship. The Customer shall indemnifyGreenFlowfrom and against all actions, claims or damages arising out of its acts, omissions or loss or damage in any way caused.
  19. All utensils, equipment and creatures inGreenFlowbelong toGreenFlow. Customers are responsible for the correct and proper use of all utensils, equipment and care for living creatures. If utensils, equipment and living things. In the event of any damage, the customer will be required to compensate for the loss caused.
  20. GreenFlowThe right to take any appropriate action to ensure the safety and harmony of the center and to prevent any danger, nuisance or annoyance, including stopping all activities in the center, suspending classes, or requesting troublemakers Leave the center or report the incident to the police. All fees paid will not be compensated.
  21. All course content is the property ofGreenFlowand may not be reproduced, distributed online or used illegally.GreenFlowRelevant rights of investigation are reserved.
  22. GreenFlowreserves the right to modify the relevant terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the final decision ofGreenFlowshall prevail.
  23. If there is any inconsistency between the Chinese version and the English version of the terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
