The San Francisco Yellow Diamond Water Tiger is an easier species to raise among Serrasalmus (genus S). After training, it can cruise and learn to chase hands and catch food. After being raised, its status and interaction are higher than other water tigers, and it is actively hunting. It is highly ornamental among water tigers. High interactivity, moderate price, and faster cultivation. These advantages are the reasons why most "tiger fans" choose it.

Unlike the black and white color scheme of other water tigers, San Francisco water tigers are pinkish-yellow with small black spots on their bodies when they are young. As the fish grows up, this protective camouflage will gradually fade and gradually turn into gold with silver on the back (a few individuals have hidden spots with black spots on the sides).

There are not many large fish with gold and silver glitter. The San Francisco Piranha will become more and more beautiful with the precipitation and growth of time. As its name suggests, it is like a yellow diamond shining in the night, sparkling in the water flow. Proper lighting and simple driftwood/sand landscaping can bring life to an empty tank again.

San Francisco water tigers like to eat live food and are better kept in single tanks.

Warm reminder: The small black spots on the body are the protective color of the young fish, and they will slowly fade away when they grow up.
