Mini parrot fish is an artificially improved variety of freshwater tropical fish. It is said to be a very small parrot fish currently bred (a new species bred in Taiwan). Its body color is sky blue, its body is wide and thick, its dorsal fin has black spots, and its mouth and face look like a parrot. Unlike the blood parrot fish, this mini parrot can breed offspring and is relatively easy to reproduce. There are many aquarists who have sapphire parrots that have hatched babies and taken off successfully more than once.
