Jacaranda mimosifolia
Jacaranda is native to South America (Brazil, Bolivia, Argentina).
Jacaranda likes full sunshine and a warm and humid climate. It requires fertile, loose, deep, moist and well-drained soil. It will grow poorly if there is water in low areas or the soil is poor.
Large seedlings are 1-2 years old and take 1-2 more years to bloom. Use organic fertilizer or phosphate fertilizer before flowering to prolong the flowering period.
Flowering period: May - June
Light: full sun
Watering: water thoroughly
Medium: peat soil
