Hoya obscura is a vining epiphytic plant in the family Apocynaceae. It is native to Borneo. The inflorescence is made up of multiple flowers in an umbel. The inflorescences are pink, spherical with yellow centers. They look like they are made of wax. The flower's surface is fuzzy because it is covered by tiny hairs. They are heavily scented with a sweet fragrance.
