Red-tailed Homer loach (Homatula variegata)

The red-tailed Homer loach is a small benthic fish that likes to gather in groups. It often lives in mountain streams and rivers with clear, pollution-free water and sand or gravel. During the domestication process, fish often gather under cover, are afraid of light, and are mostly active at night.
