糖心雪天使是近一.兩年開始流行起來的一種糖心多肉品種，糖心雪天使的具體出身不明，有可能是從出糖心的雪天使中優選出來再培育的，糖心雪天使和正常雪天使出的糖心不一樣，糖心雪天使的糖心顏色特別鮮豔，糖心面積很大，糖心會隨著季節變化或深或淺。
糖心雪天使在夏季進入休眠期，生長將會暫時停止，糖心顏色也會消失。秋天來臨時恢復生長。糖心顏色需要溫差才會再次顯現，如需人工製造溫差刺激糖心顏色可以考慮早上用冰水對葉片進行噴灑並增加日曬時間。
