Why do fish get sick easily?

Usage and dosage: Add 10ML comprehensive conditioner per 100L of water. 1 time per day. Use continuously for 2-3 days. Change 1/3 of the water before each use (the cap of the small bottle is about 10ML, the cap of the medium bottle is about 20ML, and the cap of the large bottle is about 30ML)
