Bucephalandra sp. 'Lagoon' is a high-level aquatic plant belonging to the Araceae family, native to the streams of Borneo. Its leaves are narrowly elliptical, with a unique deep blue-green to purplish-brown metallic luster on the surface, slightly wavy edges, and fine vein patterns resembling lagoon ripples, hence its name. Submerged leaves are compact and slow-growing, suitable as a focal point in the foreground or midground of aquascapes. This species requires high water stability, needing weakly acidic soft water and sufficient carbon dioxide to display its velvety iridescent texture. Bucephalandra sp. 'Lagoon' can attach to driftwood or rocks, and its rhizomes can also cling to the substrate, adding a touch of luxury and natural wildness to an ecological tank, making it a collector's item for experienced aquascapers.

Purchase Instructions:
Due to its high care difficulty, it is not recommended for beginner aquascapers. The color of the leaves may change depending on the care environment, resulting in different coloration. When you receive Bucephalandra sp. 'Lagoon', the leaves might be greenish. Please do not purchase if you mind this.
