Previously, most of his work involved mold pressing, but in recent years he has shifted to primarily handmade pieces using slab building and pressing. He produces a wide range of pots, from Tokoname vermillion clay, Tokoname purple clay, and gray clay pots to glazed pots, with a rich variety of colors and shapes.
