Bonsai pot, Tokoname, Shibakatsu, small size, approx. 13.5cm long, oval, cloud-shaped feet, actual item, new. Real name: Shibata Katsuichi. Established Shibakatsu-en kiln in 1977. Previously, most of the pots were made by press molding, but in recent years, the kiln has shifted to mainly handmade pots using slab building and press molding. The kiln produces a wide range of pots, from Tokoname vermillion clay, Tokoname purple clay, and gray clay pots to glazed pots, with a rich variety of colors and shapes.
