Due to the lack of light and shaking back and forth during the transportation of the living body, the body color will be darker after receiving the living body. This is normal and will gradually recover as long as you get used to the new environment and water quality. do not worry.

About receipt:

After receiving the package, please open the package as soon as possible to confirm whether the fish's survival, species and quantity are correct. If you find that the fish is dead, the species is missing, the quantity is wrong, etc., please take a photo of the unopened bag in time and contact customer service for processing.

About the water-passing operation:

Step 1: Clean the packaging bag containing the fish first, then put the packaging bag into the fish tank to soak for 30 minutes. Make the water temperature in the bag the same as the water temperature in the tank.

Step 2: Put the fish and water in the bag into a container of suitable size, and turn on the oxygenation pump to aerate the water in the container. Slowly add water to the tank until a 1:1 ratio of container water to tank water is achieved.

Step 3: Once all has been processed, the fish should be scooped into the tank using a net. The water in the container should not be poured into the fish tank as much as possible, because the fish will produce excrement and fallen skin and mucous membranes during transportation. These substances will promote the growth of bacteria, which can easily affect the health of the fish when they enter the tank.

Step 4: After the fish enters the fish tank, observe the state first. If the state is not good, you can increase the water temperature. The first day can not feed and change the water, if the condition is good on the second day, a small amount of feeding can be carried out, and gradually transition to the normal feeding amount within a week.

About refunds:

Because it is live transportation, if the fish die during transportation, please take a photo of the unopened bag and contact our customer service to report the damage. We will issue refunds based on the number of deaths. (Example: For example, if you buy 15 zebrafish for $150, and 1 dies on arrival, we will refund $10. But if 101 zebrafish are shipped and 100 survive on arrival, 1 If the article dies, there will be no refund.) Please confirm the type and quantity of fish carefully when you receive the goods. After opening the package, I find that the quantity or type is missing, and we will not be responsible for this part of the loss.
