Although most people think that they are not particularly fond of plants🍀, as long as they come into contact with them, they will discover a new world.
I asked: Everyone, do you think the production process just now will be boring? Everyone will answer "good relax".

Such is the power and power of plants.
How do plants improve mood?
- Get in touch with nature : Research shows that just 10 minutes of contact in nature can significantly reduce stress levels. This includes feeling the breeze, the sun, and the presence of surrounding plants. Dr. Mathew White from the University of Exeter in the UK pointed out that being in a natural environment can make people feel relaxed and happy.
- Gardening activities : Participating in gardening activities has been shown to reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression. According to a 2022 study, gardening can effectively promote mental health and reduce stress and anxiety for both experienced and beginners. These activities allow people to feel a sense of accomplishment and gain healing benefits from caring for plants.
- Visual and olfactory stimulation : The color and aroma of plants also have a direct impact on mood. Brightly colored flowers can lift a person's mood, while the scents of certain plants can help relax and reduce anxiety
- Feel the wonder of life : In the process of taking care of plants, people will feel that they have the ability to care for life. This sense of responsibility can enhance their sense of self-worth. When plants thrive, this sense of accomplishment further enhances mental health. When faced with life's challenges, the plant growth cycles in nature (such as spring, summer, autumn, and winter) can bring people hope and courage, helping people overcome difficulties.
