Bamboo tribe (Bambuseae) is primarily distributed in tropical and subtropical regions worldwide. In China, its distribution is mainly concentrated in the southern and southwestern provinces and regions, including Guangdong, Guangxi, Yunnan, Guizhou, and Sichuan.
It prefers a semi-shady environment and has moderate sunlight requirements. Even without light, a high-temperature environment can still cause leaves to yellow or fall off.
