The Threadfin Rainbowfish has a slender body and graceful swimming posture. The adult's ventral fin has two long, pointed fins, resembling a swallow, hence the name "Threadfin Rainbowfish". It is a gentle small fish suitable for community tanks.
They are docile and prefer to live in groups; keeping them in groups of 4-6 will make them feel more comfortable. They can also be kept with other gentle small fish.
