Native to Panay Island in the Philippines. It differs from ordinary iron crowns in that its leaves are narrower and the tortoise shell texture on the surface is more obvious. The plant has obvious roots, stems and leaves, and is 10-30 cm tall. Aquatic grass is the same type as water grass, with black or brown adventitious roots growing under strip-like rhizomes and long lanceolate leaves growing above. The leaf veins have tortoise-shell-like textures, and brown bract sacs are spread on the bottom of the mature leaves. The plant body is green. Aquatic plants like old water and have difficulty adapting to new water, so the amount of water changed each time should not be too much. When the spores on the back of the leaves germinate and the young plants grow to more than 5 cm, it is advisable to divide them out, otherwise the growth of the mother plant will be affected. Philippine iron crowns are suitable for planting on Shen wood. The breeding conditions are not much different from ordinary iron crowns.
