Thrush (Mesonauta Festivus)
The South American thrush is relatively small, with adult fish usually ranging from 12 to 15cm in length. The body color of juvenile fish is silvery white, with a striking black diagonal stripe running across the eye, which is why they are named "Thrush".
They like to move in environments with slow or even stagnant water flow. They mainly feed on other small fish, insects and plants. They are omnivorous fish.
