Red-bellied Sea Dragon/Freshwater Sea Dragon (Hipichthys sp.)
The red-bellied sea dragon is one of the most beautiful freshwater sea dragons. When in good condition, its belly turns red. It likes to wrap its thin tail around aquatic plants to fix itself, and then leans forward to observe the surrounding conditions. The eye sockets are large, a bit like the eyes of a chameleon lizard, and they can also rotate to look in different directions. You can feed live adult brine shrimp at first, and it is easier to train to accept frozen brine shrimp or frozen bloodworms.
Adult size: about 20CM
Breeding water temperature: above 23℃
Food: Redworm brine shrimp
