Banana Lily (Nymphoides aquatica)
Banana plants are native to the southeastern United States and Florida.
With their attractive green leaves and banana-shaped rhizomes, banana plants are an important tropical ornamental aquatic plant.
Banana plants thrive in environments with ample light but should not be exposed to excessive direct sunlight. They prefer warmth and are sensitive to cold, growing well within a temperature range of 22-28°C. High temperatures can inhibit plant growth. The overwintering temperature should not be lower than 4°C, ideally maintained at around 12°C.
