Bonsai Pot Tokoname Shibakatsu Small, approx. 20cm long, oval pot, glazed, existing item, new. Real name: Shibata Katsuichi. Established Shibakatsu-en Kiln in 1977. Previously, most of his work was mold-formed, but in recent years he has transitioned to primarily hand-formed pieces using the slab and mold techniques. He produces a wide range of pots, from Tokoname red clay, Tokoname purple clay, and gray clay pots to glazed pots, with a rich variety of colors and shapes.
