[Used] Bonsai Pot Tokoname Shibakatsu Small, approx. 12.5 cm long, rectangular pot with cut corners, unglazed earthenware, actual item, used pot. Real name: Katsuichi Shibata. Established Shibakatsuen kiln in 1977. Previously focused on press-molded production, but in recent years has shifted to handmade production using both slab and press-molding techniques. Produces a wide range of pots, from unglazed earthenware such as Tokoname vermillion clay, Tokoname purple clay, and mouse clay, to glazed pots, with a rich variety of colors and shapes.
