He has diligently reproduced antique Chinese white Cochin and Jun glazes, earning him a strong reputation at a young age. Currently, he is one of Japan's leading creators of glazed bonsai containers, not just in Tokoname. In recent years, he has also worked on Nanban-style unglazed pottery, with some pieces featuring partially ash-glazed effects, gaining popularity for their appealing Nanban aesthetic.
