history
The arctic fiddler crab is native to the western Pacific. They are usually found on intertidal mudflats where rivers flow into the sea.
Breeding environment
Aquatic tanks with mudflat environments and deeper water are ideal. You can mix fine sand with dirt or soil as a base , and adding some sea salt to the water may help provide minerals to the crabs. Some fiddler crab keepers keep the crabs underwater , which we do not recommend.
